| 1:1 Training1:1 Training is also available. Exercise is a great tool for prevention of injuries, as well as for general overall health and wellbeing. Whether you want specific strength and conditioning for sport or would just like to loose weight and tone up. Sessions are availble for durations of either 1/2 hour of 1 hour and minimum frequency of once a week. For best results 2-3 x 1 hour sessions per week is reccommeded, but everyone is individual and the best arrangement can be worked out with you and for you. |
